Basic Care
Prior to use, heat the plate until smoke is visible to set the coating in place, allow to cool, and use a sponge with mild soap and water. After use, use a sponge with mild soap and water to clean griddle and use a dry brush to clean soot and food from grill then allow to air dry before storage.
Pro Tip
Use a towel with oil to season the plate before storage.
